Drink - Drink - Drink. You must drink half your body weight in oz of water a day. For example if you weight 140 lbs, drink 70oz of water a day. This must be distilled or spring water. All other drinks do not count, this in addition to whatever else you drink during the day.
The results for weight loss were much better when I drank the right amount of water. When I didn't, I did not loss weight. Drinking more lemonade also helped with the weight loss - it may be counter intuitive, but it works.
Always use the exact amount of lemon juice (2 tablespoons per glass), but you can vary with the maple syrup. I found less syrup tasted better.
If the cayenne pepper is too much, start with half and build up to correct amount. It is ok to put more in too. If you are really having a hard time with the cayenne pepper, try the capsules. But always put a small pinch on your tongue before you take the pill. The body prepares the stomach lining for the pepper why it touches your tongue. If you just swallow the capsule, it will put your stomach and body in shock.
Salt Water Flush (SWF):
If if it hard to drink quickly, try using a straw. It helps it go down faster.
If the recipe (2 teaspoons of sea salt to 32oz or luke warm water) is not working, meaning it is not rushing through your body and expelling bowel movements within an hour - try adjusting the salt by 1/2 teaspoon either way till you find the right formula for your body. You will know when you have it right.
To accelerate the movements, try lying on your right side.
If you feel like you have to pass gas, cough or sneeze - DON'T - until you are on the toilet. Not a fun lesson to learn.
Seena Smooth Move Tea:
If you get cramps in the middle of the night or in the early morning from the tea, try seeping it just 2 or 3 minutes the next time. And slowly buildup to the 10 or 15 minutes. I found 10 minutes to be perfect for me.
