EPIC Marketing

Now that you have watched it...

I believe we will reach some portion of EPIC proportions. We are well going down that path at the moment, as the video suggests. Those which survive the internet and media revolution will be those which accept it. In marketing, the collection of data – like our discussion of TiVo – will become priceless. It will be imperative to know and understand each customer – or at least have a program which can sort through it. Ironically, in architecture, we already serve each customer with a specialized result. Each customer receives a custom designed home, one which was a result of much time and effort to get to know the client and their needs. Of course, I currently use an archaic approach of one-on-one meetings.
