Do you ever hear the news and feel physically ill. Tonight the 11:00 news came on: "Will there be an attack which will dwarf 9-11," "Will the rain ruin Halloween this weekend," "Who is watching our streets and why - Find out at next." Don't they ever have something profound to say that doesn't involve death, destruction, or the end of the world as we know it? I understand this is not a new argument. Many people complain about this everyday. Something just snapped in me today. Why can't we ever hear something good? I believe that the world is generally a good place. We are good people and terrible things do not happen to people everyday. Why is there an institution of fear? Why must everything that the media tells use be a horrible event? I know that wonderful thing happen everyday, why can't we hear about that.

This is a great site. I am picky about where I sit on a plane. I like to have a good view of the movie and easy access to the bathrooms. It is a wonderful tool for those who are flying as much a I do. SeatGuru.com - Your Enlightened Guide to Airplane Seating
